
Business Analyst – HR Systems

We're partnering with a well-known organisation to recruit a Business Analyst with experience working across HR systems and processes. The role can be based in either Melbourne or Sydney.
This short-term contract will support the People Services & Innovation team on a range of initiatives aimed at improving systems, streamlining workflows and enhancing the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements and document processes.
- Identify opportunities to optimise and enhance existing HR systems.
- Support workshops, requirements gathering, process mapping and delivery activities.
- Work closely with technology teams and vendors to ensure smooth implementation and integration.
- Assist with testing, documentation and change activities to support successful outcomes.
About You
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst within complex environments.
- Exposure to HR systems (e.g. Dayforce, Workday, Smart Recruiter or similar).
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and deliver outcomes within defined timeframes.
- Open to qualified candidates on Working Holiday Visas.
