We're seeking a Business Systems Analyst to help shape how our systems support day-to-day operations and long-term improvements. You'll work across teams to ensure our applications are fit-for-purpose, scalable, and aligned with how the business operates.

What You'll Do
  • Work with business units to document system changes and enhancement needs
  • Write clear and structured requirement documentation
  • Understand and map business flows and logic across applications
  • Support testing and implementation of system upgrades and version changes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across systems, applications, and databases

  • Help automate manual processes including managing shared inboxes and document routing

  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver improvements

  • Attend client meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action registers
  • Contribute to a culture of safety, feedback, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For

  • Comfortable navigating business logic, automation technologies, and application workflows
What You Bring
  • 5+ years' experience in business systems or application support
  • Technical qualifications (TAFE or equivalent highly regarded)
  • Experience with automation tools and business logic platforms
  • Ability to write requirement documents and translate business needs into technical specs
  • Strong understanding of testing processes and system implementation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong project management capability and ability to prioritise what matters
  • Experience in HVAC or building automation systems
  • Familiarity with database management and software development life cycles
  • Knowledge of data security and regulatory standards
