We're seeking a Senior Systems Analyst with deep Yardi ERP expertise to join a high-performing technology team. You'll take ownership of complex system issues, drive improvements across Yardi modules, and act as the key technical point of contact for all ERP-related challenges.

This role suits someone who thrives on solving intricate technical problems and translating business needs into robust, scalable system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of Yardi ERP solutions across multiple business units.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical and integration issues within the Yardi environment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Manage system enhancements, upgrades, and configuration changes.
  • Work closely with vendors and internal teams to optimise system performance and user experience.
  • Develop documentation, workflows, and best practices for system use and maintenance.

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years' experience as a Systems Analyst, ideally within property, finance, or enterprise ERP environments.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Yardi ERP (Voyager, Breeze, or related modules).
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in SQL, system integrations, reporting tools, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
