Our client is a provider of tailor made engineering solutions and products, with a reputation for innovation, agility, and excellent customer service. With a footprint across Australia and New Zealand, they are well positioned for their next stage of growth.

To support this, we are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to deliver comprehensive recruitment services across their operations and partnering closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and implement effective strategies to attract high-quality talent.

The role will see you responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from role briefing and advertising to onboarding handover. You will develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Furthermore, you will be promoting the organisation's brand and building talent pipelines, while identifying process improvements and maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.

To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced recruiter who can demonstrate relevant experience in a similar role. As this is a stand-alone role, it is essential that the person has excellent written and verbal communication skills, can build rapport, and demonstrates an agile and driven approach that is results-driven.

Experience gained in sales or high transaction recruitment role will be highly regarded. 

Although this opportunity is currently a contract based role there is a possibility it could be extended or become a permanent role.
