**The Company**
Our client is an iconic, global manufacturing organisation producing some of the most well-known brands for hot water, solar, and energy storage systems. They are seeking energetic, passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to ensure they continue to find top talent.

**The Role**
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for driving and executing the talent acquisition strategy. Working with a dispersed leadership team you will provide advice on the best approach when hiring niche roles. You will own the entire onboarding process and ensure new employees have a seamless and engaging experience.

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

- Job design and position description review
- Job advertising and posting
- Offer Management
- Manage the relationship with External Recruitment
- Partner with hiring managers to:

- Develop and advise them on the best sourcing process and channel to suit the needs of the business unit/department/role
- Coach and support with job design, position description review sourcing, phone screening, best practice interview and selection techniques, reference checking and offer management.
- Maintain and update recruitment and onboarding procedures, forms and templates as required
- Manage and maintain the ATS
- Work with vendor to ensure smooth integration with payroll

**The Requirements**

You will be an accomplished Talent Acquisition (recruitment) professional, who ideally has had in-house experience. Will be comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders and have a successful track record which will support any recommendations you make.

Having a mixture of high volume and specialist recruitment will see you flourish; however, attitude and thorough understanding of talent attraction will ultimately lead to your success.
