**Salary**: $120,859 - $133,183 p.a. (base salary, employer’s contribution to superannuation and annualised leave loading is paid in addition to the base salary)

**Work type**: Full-Time - 35 hours per week

**About the role**

We have an exciting opportunity for you, an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner, to join the People & Culture Team, NSW Crown Solicitor’s Office (CSO). In this role you’ll lead a small team to deliver high quality and effective end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities. You’ll also provide expert advice and support across the full range of talent acquisition activities to delivery key resourcing and strategic outcomes.

**About you**
- You are a talent acquisition specialist and have experience managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- You can lead and inspire others to deliver strategic business outcomes
- You have a high attention to detail and can balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- You have experience using eRecruitment and Human Resources Information Systems (SuccessFactors and SAP are highly desirable) and are adaptable to learning other similar technologies
- You can build and maintain effective partnerships
