Join Our Culinary Leadership Team as Head Chef.

We are entering an exciting new chapter in our Culinary and Food & Beverage journey. With a clear focus on innovation, guest experience, and team excellence, we are seeking a Head Chef to work closely with the Director of Culinary & Food and Beverage Services to guide our talented team through this next phase of growth and transformation.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different but mostly you'll be:

  • Responsible for leading and nurturing a workplace culture that is positive, inclusive, and aligned with IHG's values, ensuring team members feel engaged, supported, and motivated to deliver their best.
  • Lead the kitchen team through prep, service, and menu execution.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Culinary and Food & Beverage Services on seasonal menus and new concepts.
  • Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained across all outlets.
  • Mentor and develop culinary staff, inspiring creativity, fostering growth and skill development.
  • Manage kitchen operations efficiently while embracing change and new ideas.
  • Playing a key role in shaping the future direction of our dining and beverage culture.

What we need from you:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or senior kitchen leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Exceptional culinary expertise, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Ability to adapt to change and contribute to the evolution of the culinary department.
  • Exceptional communication skills
