**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The Head of Brand is the ultimate role for an experienced brand Marketeer who is creative and inspirational. This role will see you own the brand strategy, delivering an exciting brand story across all the channels and touchpoints - protecting the brand DNA and ensuring Factorie is the youth streetwear fashion destination.

Overseeing an amazingly inspired team, this role will provide strategic leadership and support across the Creative, Digital, Ecommerce, Marketing and Store Experience teams. It is essential you love what you do, are exceptional at building relationships, can link your crazy creative ideas and campaigns to the commercial goals and bring your team along for the ride. Our people are at the heart of everything we do and team development and wellbeing needs to be top priority.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Previous Senior Marketing leadership experience, preferably leading a broad team all Marketing and Creative streams
- Experience delivering a seamless customer experience from concept to execution across multiple channels
- Passion for driving innovation; inspiring the team to think “what’s next?”
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
- An engaging and supportive leadership approach
- The ability to be flexible and adaptable to change
