**ABOUT THE ROLE**

You’ll report directly to the General Manager, Cotton On Foundation and be an advocate for Foundation across the Cotton On global business and externally.
- Please note, this role will require international travel for extended periods of time.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Qualification or equivalent experience in social impact, development or community impact
- Previous experience in cross cultural educational settings
- Proven communication skills with the ability to drive and influence change and support through clear messaging
- Demonstrable analytical problem solving and research skills, to identify and implement creative, innovative and flexible solutions in challenging environments
- Demonstrated high level organisation and planning skills
- Established leadership skills to develop and support the team to delivery brand strategy outcomes
- Strong budgeting and forecasting skills
