About the role

Join the team at Geelong Construction Supplies as an Office Manager/Internal Sales Manager. This full-time role is based in our Grovedale office and will see you play a key part in the smooth running of our busy office. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and operational functions to support our valued customers and sales managers.

Your role

  1. Provide high-level customer service to customers via phone and email
  2. Process customer orders, manage inventory, and generate invoices and other documents
  3. Maintain and update the company's CRM system
  4. Liaise with suppliers and other external stakeholders
  5. Provide general administrative and clerical support to the broader team as required

What we're looking for

  1. Experience in an office management or internal sales role, ideally within the construction/trade industry
  2. Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders
  3. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail
  4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other office management software
  5. The ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
  6. A positive, proactive, and solutions-focused approach to your work
