We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our team at Atrans Express
We are Atrans Express – a transport company in the Gold Coast. We are looking for administration staff to assist us in our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, be reliable and have a passion for driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Billing and invoicing using Xero.
- Recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Schedule meetings and truck services.
Coordinate with dispatchers and drivers to ensure efficient route planning and delivery scheduling.
Assist our Logistics Manager with load planning to ensure on-time deliveries.
Handle any issues or delays in deliveries promptly and effectively.
Data entry.
- Order office supplies and maintain cleanliness and organisation.
- General office duties including scanning documents, filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails.
We are looking for full time, part time and casual employees. We operate between 7am and 5pm Monday to Friday. The successful candidate must be able to work between these times and have full availability over the Christmas New Year period (excluding Public Holidays).
Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Xero (preferred).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
