Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Centre Operator located in Molendinar, QLD. The successful candidate will handle incoming and outgoing calls, provide exceptional customer service, and assist customers with inquiries related to scrap metal recycling services. The role also includes scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with operations staff to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Communication: Proven ability in delivering exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and managing customer relationships professionally and effectively.
  • Call Handling and Scheduling: Experience in managing high call volumes, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs.
  • Administrative and Organizational Skills: Strong abilities in maintaining accurate records, data entry, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, including operations staff, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with telephone systems, customer management software, and basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
  • Relevant Experience: Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or administrative roles, preferably in the recycling or related industries.
