Administration Assistant

Join RACQ's Auto Services team at Nerang and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our members. As the Administration Assistant you will be the first point of contact for our service customers, providing professional advice and ensuring an exceptional service experience from start to finish. You will work closely with our service teams to deliver high standards of customer satisfaction while meeting performance targets.
What You'll Do
- Greet and assist customers with service enquiries
- Provide accurate information on service options, costs, and timeframes
- Liaise with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Prepare invoices and explain work completed to customers
- Maintain strong customer relationships and follow-up service
- Ensure compliance with RACQ's values, Code of Conduct, and safety standards.
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor role is highly regarded but not essential
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional presentation and a team-focused attitude
