Data Entry Assistant

**Responsibilities Include**:
- Data entry, file management, and administrative support for various departments including Accounts, HR, Management, Engineering, Stores, Workshop, IT, and HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment & Quality)
- Creation of documents such as Procedures, Project Safety Documents, Template Forms, Registers, etc. as guided by Management, Operations, HSEQ, and Engineering.
- Maintaining databases, updating records, filing physical documents, and undertaking audits to meet various Company Accreditation requirements (ISO, NATA, NHVAS)
- Assistance of all departments in any other administrative procedures
**Essential Attributes**:
- Well organised with a high standard for structure and tidiness of paper/digital files and workstation
- Effective work planning and time management with the ability to multi-task while ensuring no items, data, or tasks are missed
- Excellent computer skills with very strong attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Desire to assist and support other team members enabling more efficiency and effectiveness throughout the Company and its Departments
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude even in a repetitive work environment, with an eagerness to learn and help above and beyond the initial responsibilities of the role
- ** Bookkeeping / Accounting background would be highly regarded
