Stapylton, Australia Greenway Demolition Pty Ltd Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year

The role of Project Manager Includes:

  • Coordinate site operations and ensure compliance with WHS legislation and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS).
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring works are delivered within scope.
  • Manage procurement of tools, equipment, consumables, and oversee vehicle/asset maintenance.
  • Supervise strip-out staff, monitoring well-being, safety, and performance.
  • Review and approve timesheets to ensure payroll accuracy and project schedule compliance.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and resolving project issues.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including daily logs, reports, and compliance records.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Diploma in Project Management or equivalent qualification
  • At least 2 years work experience in strip out demolition and Non Friable Asbestos Removal Class B
  • Demonstrated experience in project administration or coordination, preferably in construction or demolition.
  • Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in project reporting and documentation systems.

Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Drivers Licence

  • White Card

  • Asbestos Class B Non Friable Removal Ticket

  • First Aid Certificate

Knowledge:

Ensure you are familiar with the Demolition Code of Practice, Demolition

WPHS Plans, Asbestos Safe Removal Code of Practise.
