- A fantastic opportunity for a **Project Coordinator**to sharpen their skills and experience in supporting our **Critical Infrastructure Telepower team in Stapylton**. You will be supporting construction supervisors and project managers in delivering the program of works across Queensland.

**About the Role**
As the project coordinator you will be responsible for forecasting, managing and reporting on budgets and cost to ensure optimal project outcomes. Key responsibilities include
- Proactively forecast and plan in accordance with the Program of Works in conjunction with the client’s expectation and ensuring project deadlines are met
- Ensure all materials are ordered/delivered in a timely manner to meet construction schedules
- Monitor construction execution and report delays/issues to the construction team
- Manage, review, and develop weekly and monthly progress reports
- Specialist support to internal stakeholders providing solution-based improvement initiates
- Actively manage and ensure Project Management systems, and scheduling are up to date
- Ensure that all staff and subcontractors involved are fully compliant in VisRes and other data bases
- Carry out DBOR audits each month (minimum 5 per month)
- Relevant administration task in supporting the project team
**Required Skills and Experience**
Previous experience in coordinating work will see you succeed in this role
- Demonstrated knowledge of cost, commercial management, and finance principles
- Proactively identify and resolve problems in conjunction with the Site team
- Significant planning and organizational skills
- Excellent skills across Microsoft's suite of products, particularly Excel (and SAP)
- Sound communication and collaboration skills
