**The Role**

Adbri is seeking a strategic and results-driven National Stock Control Manager to lead best practice in stock, raw material, and consumables management. This role is pivotal in ensuring business targets are met while fostering continuous improvement, safety leadership, and commercial focus.

This role is in Stapylton, Qld and you will be required to travel monthly

**Responsibilities**
- Lead inventory system coordination and optimisation, including stock rationalisation and compliance
- Drive safety culture through HSE policy implementation and environmental initiatives
- Maintain high product and service standards while building strong stakeholder relationships
- Monitor inventory trends, manage made-to-order processes, and align team resources
- Build a high-performance team and lead innovation in inventory and supply chain strategy

**What you will need to succeed**
- Process Engineering degree viewed favourably
- Minimum two years’ experience in concrete products, construction materials, quarry, or heavy manufacturing industries
- Strong commercial understanding
- SAP experience preferred
- Proven leadership with a focus on safety, improvement, and collaboration
