We seek a **People and Performance Business Partner - Projects** to join our team for a 12-month maximum-term parental leave contract. This is your opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, fast-growing company making a real difference in the hydration industry.

**Why This Role?**
In this role, you will manage and optimise our HR systems and processes to ensure smooth and efficient people and performance operations. You'll collaborate with various stakeholders, including People & Performance, IT, and other teams, to implement and enhance HR systems that align with the organisation's strategic goals.

**What You'll Do**:

- **HRIS Administration**: Administer and optimise HR Information Systems (HRIS), ATS, and LMS platforms.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the People & Performance team to implement system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
- **Process Improvement**: Analyse and optimise HR workflows to increase efficiency and streamline operations.
- **Frameworks & Compliance**: Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with business goals and legal requirements.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Generate and interpret HR metrics and dashboards to inform decision-making.

**What You'll Bring**:

- A tertiary qualification in HR Management or a related field.
- At least 5 years' experience as an HR Advisor or Business Partner, preferably in a blue-collar or manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Australian Industrial Relations, relevant awards, and workplace health and safety legislation.
- Proven experience supporting and implementing HR systems, processes, and change management initiatives.
- Strong commercial acumen, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to foster effective internal and external relationships.
