About the role

Delta Airconditioning Pty Ltd is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Customer Service Receptionist to join our team in Castle Hill, NSW. As a full-time role, this position is crucial in providing exceptional front-line support and creating a positive experience for all our customers who interact with our business.

What you'll be doing

  • The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, managing front desk activities and providing administrative support across the organization
  • Handling incoming phone calls, emails and other inquiries efficiently and with a positive attitude
  • Assisting with scheduling for day to day service and maintenance works
  • Providing accounting support such as data entry, filing. Process completed work for invoicing and follow up with suppliers regarding outstanding invoices
  • Supporting the wider team with various tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • At least 3 years' experience in a customer service or receptionist role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional manner
  • Confident in working within a small independent office team
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities to juggle multiple tasks
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel. Experience with MYOB and Simpro software would be advantageous.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a desire to provide exceptional customer service
  • Australian work rights are required for this position
