About the role

We are seeking an experienced and professional Real estate Receptionist to join our dynamic team at S&S Realty in Pendle Hill, NSW. As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming impression of our company. What you'll be doing

  • Welcoming and greeting clients, both in person and over the phone, with exceptional customer service
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls efficiently and professionally
  • Scheduling and managing appointments for our real estate agents
  • Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
  • Providing administrative support to the wider real estate team as required
  • Assisting with various office duties, such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist, ideally in a real estate or similar customer-facing environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Proficiency in using various office software, such as Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a high level of accuracy in your work
  • A positive attitude and a desire to contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment
