Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Castle Hill, NSW, for an Admin Assistant/Customer Service Officer. Daily responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support, managing inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience, and delivering administrative support to the team. The role also involves coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and assisting with office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and maintaining positive client relationships
- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and office management
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software
- Previous experience in a related role is a plus
