Your impact: As our Administration Assistant, you'll be the friendly face of our practice, helping create exceptional experiences for our clients while supporting our team.
The main duties will include, but not limited to:
- Creating welcoming first impressions for clients and visitors
- Answering incoming calls and directing to appropriate staff
- Coordinating team calendars and appointments
- General database and spreadsheet maintenance
- Daily mail procedures including drafting of outbound correspondence
- Collation of documents for clients on behalf of the Professional team
- Managing professional communications with clients and the ATO
- Assist with accounts receivables and invoice follow-ups
- Maintaining our digital and physical filing systems
- Supporting daily office operations and team needs
- Maintaining a tidy, welcoming reception area and meeting rooms
- Other admin and adhoc duties as and when required
What you'll bring:
- Previous experience in an administrative role within an accounting or professional services environment would be advantageous but not essential
- A warm, professional phone manner that puts clients at ease
- Natural organisational abilities and keen attention to detail
- Initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning
- Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality
