Core Wealth Financial Planning is a financial planning business with an established client base located on the northern side of Hillary's Marina. We have a rare opportunity for an experienced administrator to advance their skills into a Client Service Assistant role, or for a Client Service Assistant to join our dynamic and friendly team.
To be successful in this role you must have a minimum 2 years experience in either an Administration or Client Service Assistant role and seeking a long-term opportunity.
Working in a small to medium business environment with a high performing team your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining client relationships with a strong emphasis on client service
- Assisting reception when required with duties such as meeting and greeting clients, making tea and coffees, office orders etc
- Appointment setting and diary management
- Setting up and maintaining client files and client information held in XPLAN
- Assisting in the preparation of documents for client meetings
- Processing all requests for clients and advisers by appropriate deadlines
- Prepare and lodge product/platform applications and follow through to completion
- Working closely with other members of the team whilst having the ability to work autonomously
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Adhering to internal and external compliance requirements
- Provide other general administrative and client service responsibilities as required.
The ideal candidate will have the following minimum requirements to be considered for the role:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in either an Administration or Client Service Assistant Role.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, primarily Word and Excel.
You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Your attention to detail will be of a high level and you will have the ability to multitask and work autonomously. You will have a like minded commitment to caring about and wanting to help people realise their lifetime goals.
