
Administrative Assistant

What you Will Do:
- Provide business administration.
- Provide project administration.
- Prepare, format, file, and maintain project documentation and version control.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and manage team schedules.
- Support project managers with progress tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
- Assist with onboarding and compliance requirements for new employees.
- Assist with the onboarding and mobilisation of contractors.
- Support and assist the Administration Manager with day-to-day operational tasks.
- Act as a central point of contact for staff, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Carry out general administrative duties such as correspondence, data entry, filing, and office coordination.
Skillsets Required:
- Previous experience in administration or project support, ideally within engineering, construction, and/or professional services.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with project management systems or document control will be highly regarded.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a high level of attention to detail.
