We're currently looking for a
Commercial Property Management Assistant
to join our high-performing Fitzroy office. This is an exciting growth opportunity designed for someone looking to step into a Property Manager role within 12-18 months, while gaining hands-on experience across our Commercial team. You'll also work closely with our Department Manager to support process improvements and team operations.

About the role:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 am pm
  • Based in our Fitzroy office
  • Assist Commercial PMs across a diverse portfolio
  • Contribute to process improvements and departmental initiatives

What you'll bring:

  • Previous property management experience (highly desirable)
  • Agents Representative Certificate or Estate Agent License
  • Current Victorian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • A strong client-first mindset and shared values
  • Exceptional time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
