The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Property Manager
to join our team. This role will provide hands-on experience in managing a disability housing portfolio, with a strong focus on administrative support and an introduction to SDA-specific property management.

You will gain exposure to:

  • Rent roll management and administrative tasks.
  • Routine and rental inspections.
  • Understanding tenancy agreements within SDA housing.
  • Liaising with SIL providers, support coordinators, and other stakeholders.
  • Compliance and reporting obligations under the NDIS and Residential Tenancies Act.
  • Practical knowledge of property management in the disability accommodation sector.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in property management, real estate, business, or a related field.
  • Australian drivers license.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
