About Sense

Sense is a privately owned, independent creative agency based in Fitzroy, on the traditional lands of the Wurundjeri people. Our studio is home to a close-knit team of around 20 talented humans (plus a few well-behaved dogs), working across all forms of creative communication from advertising and branding to design and digital.

We're looking for a talented and proactive Account Manager to join our team. You'll work alongside an experienced Account Director across a mix of key property and non-property clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for an account manager who's ready to grow in a supportive, collaborative environment and sharpen their full suite of agency skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships across key accounts.
  • Set and manage client expectations, identifying opportunities and risks along the way.
  • Coordinate end-to-end campaigns writing briefs for design, digital projects and website management.
  • Manage deadlines and budgets while maintaining a high creative standard.
  • Preparation of agency recommendations and presentations.
  • Oversee the delivery of brand and advertising campaigns across all channels.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders and internal teams across strategy, creative, digital and production.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Full Australian work rights.
  • 3+ years' experience in a creative agency environment.
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or related field (preferred).
  • Strong client relationship and communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating advertising, design, website and social media campaigns.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress.
