About The Role

The role is ideal for an experienced property manager who thrives on problem-solving and building strong relationships. You embrace challenges and take pride in delivering exceptional service to clients and stakeholders. With a solid understanding of relevant legislation, you can provide professional and accurate advice to landlords and tenants. Your strong negotiation skills enable you to manage relationships effectively, even in complex situations. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling property management from end to end, including VCAT matters and issue resolution. Additionally, you are confident in preparing and analysing reports such as condition reports, maintenance summaries, and financial statements while maintaining clear communication with all parties.
