Accounts Payable Officer

· Location: Northern Suburbs

· Mon- Fri (8 hour days)

· Permanent full-time opportunity

· $90K - 100k salary

WorkPac are seeking an experienced accounts payable officer for a temporary fencing & hoarding solutions company.

About Our Client

Our client is a market leader providing temporary fencing & hoarding solutions for construction, events, pool and site needs.

What You Will Be Doing

· Process payments in line with company policies and approval timeframes

· Managing and chasing up debtors

· Managing and overseeing payroll functions

· Enter and code invoices accurately, ensuring correct matching to purchase orders

· Manage new supplier onboarding, in addition to payments and remittance advices

· Process reimbursements and ad-hoc payment requests

· Resolve account payable queries

· Maintain accurate records and ensure effective document control

What You Will Need

· Minimum 20 years' experience in a similar accounts payable role

· Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills

· Proven ability to calculate, post and manage financial records accurately

· Proficient in Xero and Reckon software is highly regarded

· Accurate data entry skills and ability to meet deadlines

· Strong team player with efficient communication and problem-solving skills
