We're on the lookout for talented and passionate hospitality professionals who are ready to bring their 5-star service to a new premium serviced apartment building in Hackney.

The development is leading the way globally and offers all the services and facilities of a 5-star hotel and we are needing experienced Receptionists/ Concierge to be the face of this building providing support, information and assistance to guests.

This role will be casual and on a temporary basis with immediate start whilst they get the project up and running and will run for approximately 3 months, with shifts operating 7 days a week from

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Reception/ Concierge services where you will meet and greet guests
  • Creating standout guest experiences through genuine hospitality
  • Maintaining clean, polished, and professional experiences
  • Representing JRM with sharp presentation and a positive attitude

What You'll Need:

  • Full Australian working rights
  • Immediate start
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Excellent grooming and presentation
  • Prior experience in Reception, Concierge, Customer Service, Hotels and Administration
  • Police Check
  • Advanced administration/ computer/ technical skills
  • Fluent and professional English
