**Uniting Communities** has an exciting casual position available within our **Concierge Services** team. The Concierge team is responsible for providing exceptional corporate and accommodation customer service assistance to guests/clients/customers/visitors and residents of UCity. The Concierge team are vital to the smooth operations of many of the building’s functions providing support across all Reception, Function, Residential, End of Trip, Loading Dock and General Facilities Management departments. UCity is the multi-award winning mixed use building offering a community services hub, state of the art function centre, specialist disability accommodation, retirement living and much more.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver exceptional and proactive customer service to all users of UCity from residents, staff, contractors and visitors
- Maintaining the security and access control of the building
- Assisting the efficient delivery of contractor services
- Answer incoming calls, provide information to assist clients/customers or refer them to an appropriate contact, either within the business or elsewhere
**About You**
- Exceptional communication skills in person and on the phone
- Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry (highly desirable)
- Understanding of WHS and Emergency Management principles
- Experience in managing multiple priorities
