About the Role
They are seeking an experienced Front Desk Concierge to join their team. This is a casual, full-time role available for an immediate start. As the first point of contact for guests, you will ensure a seamless and professional experience from check-in to check-out. You will handle reservations, respond to enquiries, coordinate with hotel departments, and deliver attentive, personalised service that leaves a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and manage check-ins and check-outs
  • Handle reservations and respond to guest enquiries
  • Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Deliver high-quality and personalised guest service
  • Maintain professional appearance and a proactive approach to guest care

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hotel front desk, concierge, or guest services roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple enquiries while maintaining excellent service
  • Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS) and front-of-house operations
  • Professional presentation and a customer-focused mindset
