**The Organisation**

Adelaide Venue Management Corporation (AVM) operates three of Adelaide’s most iconic and commercially successful venues - Adelaide Convention Centre, Adelaide Entertainment Centre and Coopers Stadium.

**The Role**

An opportunity has become available for enthusiastic, customer service focused individuals to join the Visitor Services department at the Adelaide Convention Centre as Casual Floor Ambassadors. You will be required to create a welcoming friendly and secure visitor experience by providing guidance and general concierge type advice to guests.

**Key Responsibilities**
- The efficient running of the ACC Information Desk,
- Front line meet and greet and tourism advice to guests
- Individual assistance to clients as allocated for particular events
- Information board signage
- Switchboard operation for re-directed and out of office hours administration calls
- Ushering and tours of the ACC
- Coordination of the outward mail system.

**About You**

The successful applicants will be immaculately presented, be team players and tech savvy. Applicants must be great communicators and have the ability to interact at all levels, including dealing professionally with local, national, and international V.I.P.'s. An excellent knowledge of SA tourist attractions and events will be highly advantageous.

As the ACC operates 24 hours a day, seven days per week, you must be available to work flexible start and finish times based on our event needs, inclusive of night and early mornings, weekday and weekend shifts.
