**About the role**
This role primarily involves maintaining a vigilant security presence, ensuring alertness and focus at all times. As a key member of our dedicated and customer-oriented team, your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding customer service to everyone we serve. In addition, you'll play a crucial role in fostering robust relationships with internal stakeholders.

In addition to your primary responsibilities, your role will encompass a diverse range of tasks including, but not limited to:

- Establishing a strong visual security presence at various client sites to ensure safety.
- Ensure the safety of staff, visitors, and property, maintaining a secure environment.
- Offer customer service to employees and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and helpful experience.
- Performing thorough foot patrols within the premises.
- Effectively responding to and diffusing anti-social behaviour.
- Promptly addressing security emergencies.
- Keeping an accurate and detailed log of incident reports and ensuring timely submission.
- Carrying out incident investigations promptly
- Manage and monitor security control panel alarms, operate computerised access control systems incorporating the use of CCTV, and handle related security equipment.
- ** A current South Australian Security Licence.**:

- ** Certificate II in Security Operations.**:

- ** A valid First Aid Certificate.**:

- ** A current and valid South Australian Driver's Licence.**:

- ** An up-to-date South Australian Working with Children Clearance.**:
