**The Opportunity**:

- To deliver the best in-class Concierge service to all staff and visitors
- Provide Lobby experience, Partnership & Community hosting services
- Take a leadership role in ‘owning’ the lobby space, directing customers and visitors to the correct team member and triaging service requests accordingly
- Deliver a range of building-services, including umbrella loans, restaurant recommendations and welcome gifts
- Identify ‘triggers for engagement’ and opportunities to surprise & delight customers
- Diligently and rhythmically provide Concierge operational duties, such as refreshments, newspapers, turning media outlets on and so on
- Provide direction or feedback to cleaning team, performing light cleaning duties if required
- Immediately respond to any lobby issues, trouble-shooting the issue or triaging to other team members as required
- Report on lobby operations and service-offering, providing recommendations on process improvements and product ideas
- Track all customer engagements through Host-powered technology; sharing magic moments or critical complaints with the wider team immediately
- Understand the building processes and operations, subsequently providing direction to couriers and other-third parties as required
