Newly created role for an administration professional who has a strong interest in the Property Industry.

This varied role supports the Sales department with the day to day admin, coordination and client communication, and will offer the successful candidate a long term career opportunity to manage the administration department.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team
  • Prepare and manage sales documentation, contracts, and listings
  • Coordinate property marketing campaigns, photography, and online advertising
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless transactions
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and databases
  • Assist with diary management, scheduling, and client communications

Experience/Requirements

  • Previous experience in any Sales Admin/Support role, property industry would be a bonus but not essential
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure
  • Excellent computer experience working with various software programs including Microsoft applications
  • Immaculate presentation with excellent communication skills verbally and written
