Position: Admin / Teller
Location:
Sydney Head Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily FX operations including cash handling, foreign currency exchange, and international remittance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries about FX transactions.
- Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and comply with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Perform daily cash balancing and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Maintain client information securely and confidentially.
- Assist management with administrative and customer service tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience in foreign exchange, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
- High attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Competent in Microsoft Office and basic data management.
