Admin/teller
to join our Sydney Head Office team.

Position: Admin / Teller

Location:
Sydney Head Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily FX operations including cash handling, foreign currency exchange, and international remittance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries about FX transactions.
  • Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and comply with internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform daily cash balancing and maintain accurate transaction records.
  • Maintain client information securely and confidentially.
  • Assist management with administrative and customer service tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Previous experience in foreign exchange, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
  • High attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and basic data management.
