One of Australia's leading foundries & manufacturers, we're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented 
Accounts & Administration Assistant

to join our team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Accounts & Administration Manager, your duties will include:

  • General administration tasks, including answering phones, data entry and filing
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable
  • Processing invoices and booking freight
  • Liaise with customers, and suppliers
  • Production admin and processing orders
  • Other ad hoc office duties where necessary

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience in an accounts/admin role
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software XERO & MYOB
  • Contribute to a fun and can-do office team culture
