I am seeking an Admin & Campus Experience Officer to join a vibrant and inclusive university environment where people come first. There Sydney Campus is a dynamic hub for students, staff, and community partners. They are committed to creating a welcoming and engaging experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Your new role

As an Admin & Campus Experience Officer, you'll be the friendly face and go-to person for campus operations and events. You'll support the Associate Vice Chancellor and work with various teams to make sure the campus runs smoothly and feels welcoming.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing admin support to campus leadership and staff
  • Coordinating travel, meetings, and procurement
  • Supporting campus communications and social media
  • Organising events like student orientation and community activities
  • Acting as a key contact for facilities and timetabling
  • Delivering excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitors
  • Assisting with student enquiries and engagement initiatives

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in front-of-house or admin roles
  • Great organisational and time management abilities
  • Confidence in planning and running events
  • A Certificate IV in Business or similar qualification
  • A flexible, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
  • Bonus: Experience in tertiary education or using design/social media tools.
  • Experience in working in Universities or the Public Sector.
  • You must be an Australian Citizen. No visa will be accepted.
