IVE PRINT, a division of the IVE Group, operates sheet-fed printing operations in NSW and Victoria coupled with comprehensive finishing capability.  Further, IVE Print has one of the largest and most diverse colour digital printing operations in addition to wide format inkjet printing technology and associated finishing equipment.

Located in Braeside in a brand new purpose built facility, IVE Print Victoria currently has an exciting new opportunity for a superstar Production Co-ordinator.

Ideally a minimum 5 years' Offset Print experience is required, preferably in a Production role, as well as a strong work ethic, positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Your main duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Raising and sending accurate Purchase Orders and any other required information (files etc) to suppliers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Attend daily Production meetings with department managers and Customer Service employees and provide input and feedback on the progress of work.
  • Assist the Production Manager where required.
  • Scheduling work on different pieces of equipment.
