Target Market

Kommand Machine Control primarily serves small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the civil construction industry, specialising in clients who are just starting out on their growth journey or those who are operating mixed fleets on civil projects or wet hire arrangements. Our target market includes contractors and business owners seeking straightforward, cost-effective solutions to optimise their fleet operations, streamline processes, and achieve better outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing relationships with our existing network of customers
  • Preparing accurate and timely proposal for the External Sales team
  • Following up on customers proposals and cold calling prospective customers
  • Working with the Sales and Customer Success team to ensure smooth order fulfilment
  • Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly and monthly KPI's
  • Forecasting & planning ahead your sales activities & executing them
  • Working with our marketing team and attending trade shows/events and other related networking activities

About you

To be considered for this opportunity, here's what you'll need:

  • Personable and Clearly Spoken English
  • Proven sales/customer service experience within the Construction/Earthmoving equipment industry or similar
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong, proactive work ethic, organizational and time-management skills
  • Strategic and analytical capability to assess value, including proficiency in CRM
  • Self-motivated and the ability to work autonomously
  • A current driver's license
