**The Role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a **Team Leader **to join our National Sale Support Team. The key objective is to lead a team of highly efficient data entry specialists to process our retailer orders accurately and quickly. You will report to the National Support Operations Manager with support from the Digital & CX Manager.

**Key responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support team performance**:_
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Sale Support team.
- Responsible for Sale Support performance. This includes productivity (e.g. the number of orders processed) and quality (e.g. accuracy of the data entry).
- **Sale Support Team Development**:_
- Training & induction for any new team members
- Ongoing training and upskilling of current members.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to Sales Support Specialists to ensure the high performance of the team
- **Stakeholder liaison**:_
- You will act as the go-to person for anything related to sales order entry.
- This may mean working collaboratively with state factory managers, production managers and sales managers to accommodate any scheduling requirement.
- **Your profile**:_
- You have had leadership experience, or you are demonstrating strong leadership qualities for a call centre/data entry environment.
- You have impeccable attention to detail and a high level of computer proficiency can quickly learn or adapt to new systems.
- You are highly reliable and motivated and will be trusted to operate one of the key data processing departments at Sealy.
- You have strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
