The Role

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to join our Estimating & Procurement Team in Melbourne. Reporting to the Estimating & Procurement Manager, you'll play a key role in the tender phase of our project lifecycle—ensuring our submissions are polished, timely, and competitive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end tender submissions
  • Assist with project and estimate set-up in internal systems
  • Review and upload tender documents into our Project Management System
  • Collaborate with the Brand & Marketing team to maintain tender-related documentation and collateral

About You

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in office administration or customer service
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in complex software.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service.
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills relevant to duties.
  • Previous experience with MS Office 365 Suite and Adobe InDesign.
