The Position

An outstanding opportunity exists for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and service-driven professional to join our dynamic and growing organisation.

Future Leadership is seeking a Bid Writer to lead the delivery of high-quality, persuasive proposals across our Advisory business. Reporting to the Managing Partner, Advisory, you collaborate with consultants and subject matter experts to develop tailored responses to tenders, RFQs, and EOIs -particularly within public sector and executive services.

You demonstrate a clear, consistent approach to shaping proposals that reflect our values, capabilities, and client-centric approach. Your day will be varied with activities including:

  • Coordinating the full bid lifecycle, including timelines, formatting, version control, and submission requirements
  • Maintaining and evolving a library of bid content, templates, and case studies
  • Researching client needs and market trends to strengthen proposal positioning
  • Reviewing feedback from past bids to drive continuous improvement
  • Supporting broader business development efforts, including capability statements and marketing materials

This role requires exceptional written communication skills, the ability to translate complex service offerings into clear value propositions, and a collaborative mindset. You know what it takes to win a bid. Strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines, and a curiosity for leveraging AI tools to enhance bid quality and efficiency are essential.

Public sector tender, proposal or communications experience at would be well regarded.
