About the Role
In this role, you'll provide high-level administrative support to the team and Partners, helping to ensure deadlines are met and clients receive a professional and seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients in a warm, professional manner
- Act as the first point of contact for client queries
- Manage incoming documentation, including scanning and filing
- Assist with compiling and distributing financial documents to internal and external stakeholders
- Update ASIC and ATO records and documentation
- Liaise directly with ASIC and ATO regarding client queries
- Provide administrative support to Partners and their teams, including diary management, meeting room bookings, and general office tasks
Skills & Experience
- Prior administrative experience within a professional services environment
- Outgoing and personable with a strong client service mindset
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to show initiative
- A team player who enjoys supporting others and adding value
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
