About the Role

In this role, you'll provide high-level administrative support to the team and Partners, helping to ensure deadlines are met and clients receive a professional and seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients in a warm, professional manner
  • Act as the first point of contact for client queries
  • Manage incoming documentation, including scanning and filing
  • Assist with compiling and distributing financial documents to internal and external stakeholders
  • Update ASIC and ATO records and documentation
  • Liaise directly with ASIC and ATO regarding client queries
  • Provide administrative support to Partners and their teams, including diary management, meeting room bookings, and general office tasks

Skills & Experience

  • Prior administrative experience within a professional services environment
  • Outgoing and personable with a strong client service mindset
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to show initiative
  • A team player who enjoys supporting others and adding value
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
