We're seeking a Service Excellence Manager to join our dynamic administration team. This is a pivotal role where your expertise in scheduling, client relations, invoicing, and staff coordination will directly contribute to our operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

This is your opportunity to take ownership of a diverse and rewarding position. You'll be responsible for managing field staff schedules, coordinating resources, liaising with subcontractors and clients, overseeing invoicing and materials ordering, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and profitably.

We're looking for experienced leader with a proactive mindset, strong delegation skills, and a proven ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional customer focus.

Key Responsibilities

· Schedule and coordinate multiple field staff divisions as well as subcontractors

· Manage resource allocation and work orders

· Liaise with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction

· Oversee and execute invoicing, ordering, and job profitability analysis

· Collaborate with Accounts and Business Development teams

· Monitor work in progress and ensure timely completion and provide detailed reporting

· Implement contingency planning and process improvements
