**Job Overview**
As a senior customer support leader, you will be responsible for guiding a team of experts in providing exceptional service to our gas agent channel.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Identify complex issues affecting gas agents and collaborate with the team to develop strategies for resolution.
• Work closely with team members to drive service excellence and optimize centre operations.
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for resolving intricate issues.
• Effectively delegate tasks and manage workload to ensure timely completion of deadlines and KPIs.
• Manage staff schedules and facilitate training and coaching sessions for team members.
• Implement initiatives to continuously improve service delivery.
**Requirements**
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles or account management is preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP systems is also beneficial.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) is required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve optimal results.
