Service Advisor / Receptionist, City Kia (Richmond)

Are you looking for an exciting role with great career opportunities?

City Kia in Richmond is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Automotive Service Receptionist / Service Advisor to join our family business and be part of a successful team in a well-established Kia dealership.

As an Automotive Service Advisor / Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your friendly and professional demeanour will create a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that each customer feels valued and taken care of.

Applicants for this role will have good phone etiquette, communication, computer and organisational skills.

Training will be provided to ensure that you have full knowledge of our booking and phone systems.

Your role will consist of answering incoming service customer calls, booking customers' cars into the service department, and liaising directly with customers to ensure that the customer experience is seamless and transparent. You will need to be able to deal professionally and courteously with customers' wants and needs, and be able to multitask and prioritise.

The suitable candidate will possess the following:

  • Previous experience in customer face-to-face dealings.
  • Great organisational and time management skills
  • Great interpersonal skills and customer service with an attention to detail
  • Ability and desire to work as part of a successful team
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • A professional and friendly phone manner
  • A 'can do' attitude
  • A passion to succeed
  • Be able to multitask
  • Be computer literate with the ability to learn new systems quickly

Experience within the motor industry would be preferred, but not essential, along with great communication skills and a desire to succeed.

Monday - Friday work week.
