About the opportunity - Help us do the best work of our life
Reporting to the Group Organisational Development & Diversity Manager, you will be integral to ensuring we meet our equity & inclusion legislative requirements. But more than compliance, you will be given the opportunity to bring our inclusive culture to life and embed it across the organisation.
- Champion equity & inclusion priorities.
- Collaborate and lead the delivery of ongoing equity & inclusion activities.
- Maintain and analyse data to ensure the effectiveness of our initiatives.
To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Experience working in the specialist area of equity and inclusion, particularly gender equity.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology or related fields.
- Understanding of Healthcare and/or Aged and Community care would be an advantage, but not essential.

- Detail oriented, you enjoy working with Excel and with data and know how to draw actionable insights from it.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to diversity and inclusion.
