About the opportunity - Help us do the best work of our life

Reporting to the Group Organisational Development & Diversity Manager, you will be integral to ensuring we meet our equity & inclusion legislative requirements. But more than compliance, you will be given the opportunity to bring our inclusive culture to life and embed it across the organisation.

• Champion equity & inclusion priorities.
• Collaborate and lead the delivery of ongoing equity & inclusion activities.
• Maintain and analyse data to ensure the effectiveness of our initiatives.

To thrive in this role, you will have:

• Experience working in the specialist area of equity and inclusion, particularly gender equity.
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology or related fields.
• Understanding of Healthcare and/or Aged and Community care would be an advantage, but not essential.

• Approachable and engaging, you will enjoy achieving results through people.
• An excellent communicator, pro-active, empathetic and able to convey information so that it is easily understood.
• Detail oriented, you enjoy working with Excel and with data and know how to draw actionable insights from it.
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to diversity and inclusion.

• A current Police Record Check
