A reputable builder in Sydney seeks an estimator to manage the end-to-end tender process across commercial and residential projects.

The Job Responsibilities

This role involves:

  • Managing tenders from initial review through to submission.
  • Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers for accurate pricing.
  • Conducting detailed take-offs and build cost plans.
  • Preparing tender packages and reviewing project documentation.
  • Collaborating with internal teams on design-and-construct methodology.
  • Contributing to strategy and win themes for key bids.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' estimating experience for head contractors in building construction.
  • Strong knowledge of the Sydney subcontractor market.
  • A solid understanding of design-and-construct contracts and tender processes.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
